Transition Counsellor
Shé:kon Parents/Guardians,
I would like to give a warm welcome to returning students and parents, as well as a special welcome to new students and parents. I wanted to formally introduce myself, my name is Echo Hamelin and I am the Transitions Counselor at Kahnawake Survival School. I will be working closely with Senior school students in Grade 9, 10, and 11 and parents/guardians to ensure that they have a successful year.
As the Transitions Counselor, I will be offering academic and vocational support alongside KEC Post-Secondary Counselor's for Cegep programs, and Tewatohnhi'saktha's Youth Engagement/Workforce Development Counselor's for Vocation programs. We intend to collaborate together advising students on educational, professional and/or vocational concerns, as well as providing students with a wide range of educational and occupational information.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact myself at Kahnawake Survival School through my extension. Email inquiries can be sent to [email protected].
Nia:wen!
